By accessing or using NanoLink at noink.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
NanoLink is a URL shortening service that allows users to create shorter versions of long URLs, track click analytics, generate QR codes, and manage their links through a dashboard.
You agree NOT to use NanoLink to shorten URLs that: • Lead to malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious software • Facilitate phishing, fraud, or identity theft • Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance • Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Send spam or unsolicited communications • Impersonate individuals or organizations Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Anonymous users: 3 short links per day • Registered users (Free plan): 100 short links per day • Pro users: 100 short links per day with premium slug access We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Circumventing rate limits (e.g. using multiple IPs or accounts) is prohibited.
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring the URLs you shorten comply with these Terms • Not sharing your account with others
NanoLink Pro plan subscribers gain access to premium slug features. Payment terms: • Subscription fees are charged in INR (₹299/month) or USD ($2.99/month) • Payments accepted via crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL) or UPI/bank transfer • Manual verification may take up to 24-48 hours • Refunds are not provided except in cases of technical failure on our end • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
We reserve the right to disable any short link at any time without notice if we determine it violates these Terms. To report an abusive link, email support@noink.ink with the short link URL. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from service downtime.
Your use of NanoLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described there.
The NanoLink brand, logo, and interface are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. You retain ownership of any content (URLs) you submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your links may continue to redirect for up to 30 days while we process deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
